That's right! We buy EVERY vehicle that is offered to us. There are a number of things that would prevent us from buying YOUR vehicle. For instance, all parties who own the vehicle (who are on the title) must be present to sign the paperwork. Another example is that the amount you owe is more than the current market value, in which case you would have to pay the difference. But let's be honest with each other . . . you want the absolute most for your car that the market bears, and we buy at wholesale or trade-in value, so it is safe to say that the number one reason we may not buy your vehicle is that you may not like our offer. Our goal is to offer you MORE than you can get from any other buyer, other than selling it yourself.
Rest assured that any outstanding loan balance on your vehicle won't be an issue. During the appraisal process, we'll determine your vehicle's market value. If the appraised value covers your loan balance, we'll settle the payoff directly with your lienholder. In the event that your loan balance exceeds the market value, we'll need you to cover the difference before we can finalize the purchase and complete the payoff. However, if the appraised value is higher than your loan balance, you'll receive the difference (equity) as a check at the time of purchase. We have the necessary documentation to facilitate the purchase and title transfer directly from your lienholder. As long as we can secure the title assignment, we'll issue your check immediately.
We typically offer immediate, same-day payment for your vehicle. If you have the title readily available and all listed owners are present to sign at the time of purchase, you'll receive a check on the spot during your final inspection. If you need more time to consider your options, you'll receive full payment whenever you decide to complete the sale. There's no pressure to make a quick decision. We want you to feel confident in your choice. However, please remember that vehicles depreciate over time, so the value of your vehicle decreases with each passing day. You'll receive the highest offer when we first inspect and make an offer on your vehicle.
